Sara Steiner is working on a case for the Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals against the State of Hawaii Department of Health and Puna Geothermal Ventures to ensure that PGV has to shut down and perform a thorough and modern EIS and prove their cumulative impacts do not harm the Lower East Rift Zone in a pressurized Kilauea volcano.
